Jacquard looms are used to weave tapestry, Matelasse, Damask, Textural, and many other product constructions in widths up to 102" for seamless beauty! We currently weave with a variety of yarns, including 100% Polyester, 100% Cotton, 100% Organic Cotton, Boucle, Cotton/Poly Blends, Chenille, Lurex, Bamboo, Rayon, Acrylics, Eco-friendly yarns, or yarns of your choice.

We accommodate your needs by offering small minimums for Printed Fabrics (Dye Sublimated), i.e. 25 yards and quick turnaround at affordable pricing. Larger minimums for non-printed customized fabrics (contact us as minimums are contingent on type of fabrics, etc.). All 100% Guaranteed in quality and craftsmanship. USA Made.

PROCESS: After receiving your artwork/photo for review (artwork file, or photo image of artwork in JPEG is fine and does not yet have to be in final), the Weaving Development Team determines what your best options might be. For example, this becomes of particular importance when using mixed yarns. Some looks will be possible with using a cotton/ chenille blend, but other very detail oriented artwork/photo may not be. Once determined, a sample weave is provided for your review.

We offer finishing solutions to provide both chemical and coated finishes such as flame retardance, anti-microbial, latex backing, water and stain resistance satisfying industry fabrication standards. In addition we also offer finishing solutions that are eco friendly allowing you to work with organic products. Have a fabric coming in from overseas? Let us finish and pillow blow your items. We offer third party fulfillment.
