Embroidery Friendly

Your logo is embroidered in one or more colors to complement the tones of your fabric choice and trim, using heavyweight rayon thread, offered in a wide selection of colors.

The Kanata difference is the back of their embroideries. Using high quality tear away backing and bobbin matching, wherever possible, on the reverse side, the backside of the fabrics always have a clean appearance.

Not sure how your logo will look, just ask for a sew-out or pre-production sample.

Artwork Requirements:

Please submit all files in IBM PC format only.

* For digitized embroidery: DST or EXP.

* Pantone matching: Colors are matched as closely as possible, but exact color matching is not guaranteed.

We recommend the following tips for great looking embroidery:

1. Re-digitize a logo that has been used on nylon, shirts or hats, especially for fleece, Velura or chenille - these fabrics have a denser nap and embroidery with thin lines can sink into the fabric.

2. Adding underlay techniques can help designs from sinking into these fabrics; embroider down the fabric to create a patch on which to embroider. Recommended for Velura.

3. Use a solvy type product to help keep design details. However Kanata minimizes how much is used and tears this away for a clean appearance on the backside.

4. Text height should be no smaller then 1/4 inch high.
