Shipping + Return Policies

We want to keep it simple and economical as possible for our customers:

$5.00 Flat Fee:  
Most subcategories under "Fashion" and "Accessories" where indicated.

$9.95 Flat Fee On-Line: 
This includes most categories that can be ordered directly online.

Bulk Shipping for Large Quantities:

Please note that for Quantity Discounts of On-Demand Woven Throw Blankets, or Printed Throw Blankets for qty 10+, you cannot get a discount online. You will receive a UPS online quote for weight and dims. If approved, we will send an invoice, with quoted shipping, for payment before processing begins.

PLEASE NOTE:  With all orders shipped, you will receive a tracking number (UPS, USPS, etc.).  Due to the unfortunate reality of the increase in delivered packages/boxes getting stolen off porches, apt. hallways (if no doorman), etc., please be Proactive in checking your expected delivery date.

I have been informed by shipping carriers that if the shipment indicates in tracking it was "delivered", and to the correct address, the insurance will not cover if it’s "stolen".  We highly recommend you have your local UPS, etc. hold it there for you to pick up if not going to be home during the day, as opposed to being displayed on your front porch, apt. door, etc.

Going forward, we cannot be responsible once we make it (woven orders, etc.), ship it and it is “delivered to your correct address” as per tracking details. So best to be proactive when receiving larger packages/boxes.

International Shipping Outside USA: 

Although we have always shipped globally since our inception in 2008, we no longer will provide international shipping from the USA at this time.

Our first priority has and always will be to provide excellent customer service to you - our valued customers! However, the large shipping carrier inaccuracies, vast delays, lost packages/boxes "after" arriving in other countries while taking "no responsibility for recourse", and erroneous shipping quotes have resulted in excessive company time correcting others' mistakes and incurring extreme expenditures for our company.

We would prefer to continue providing customized service to our global customers, but at this time it will be discontinued.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED/DEFECT:
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within fifteen (15) days of purchase.  If item is defective, your full cost, including shipping to and from will be reimbursed. 

Please contact us at contact@wovenartandbeyond.com as soon as possible should the item have a defect.  We will then instruct on how and where to return the item. 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For returns not due to a defect, Woven Art & Beyond will issue a refund of the amount tendered for the original transaction (minus shipping). All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and packaging within fifteen (15) days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise received after fifteen (15) days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online credit.

If you wish to return the item NOT due to a defect, please contact us by email at contact@wovenartandbeyond.com.  We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RNA), along with the address where to send it.  Please have it returned to us within 15 days of date of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: This only includes “premade” products. This does not include “Custom” made products with your art woven in it, printed, or dye sublimated.

You may send back to us anyway you like.  However, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service (i.e., “USPS Ground Advantage” - most economical and will include tracking and insurance), Priority Mail, Fedex, or UPS.

PLEASE NOTE:  Please DO NOT ship anything back to our Company’s PO Box address. As mentioned above, you will be given information on where to send your item back to us.

Once your item is received, inspected and approved, you will receive a refund back to the way it was purchased. You will also receive notification of refund via email for your records (usually takes three day's processing). If it were a defective item, we will replace it for you (if not a "one-of-a-kind" handmade/handcrafted item), unless you prefer a refund.
