Detroit native Patrick Pryor first exhibited his artistic ability at the tender age of three, while drawing sharks at the kitchen table of his suburban home alongside his father. After fifteen years of sketching and drawing abstract patterns, Patrick began to translate his sketches into large paintings. Within a few short years, he sold his very first work. Patrick explains his art; “My work expresses vivacity, strength, and passion. The lines and forms dance on the canvas evoking the diametric forces of femininity and masculinity. I intend my work and imagery to uplift and inspire people’s lives, living spaces, work-places, and public spaces across the globe.” Our talented artisans have well captured the artist's sensibilities and skill, translating Paradisio II into stunning, woven textile art for your living space.
Each fine art tapestry is handcrafted by skilled Artisan Weavers in USA textile mills using between nine and eighteen miles of thread. The tapestries have a 3" Rod Pocket sewn into the top to allow for a tapestry rod for hanging. Or, forego the use of a hanging rod altogether, and display your tapestry directly on your wall using handsome, decorative furniture tacks to hold the tapestry in place.
